I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in August of 2010. This blog is about my journey, readjusting my life and living more fully. I want to share what I have learned with others in order to help them find new products, recipes, ideas, information and ways to keep themsevles healthy. If anything maybe others can learn from my mistakes and struggles or just get a laugh out of them.
